Q: Can foreigners get COVID-19 vaccine in China?
A: Acting on the National Health Commission’s instruction, many cities in China have started COVID-19 vaccination for foreign nationals at or above the age of 18, following the principle of voluntary participation, giving informed consent and assuming personal responsibility for risk.

Q:What about our kids? When can they get vaccined in China?
A: Shanghai's leadership office for COVID-19 prevention and control announced on September 15, 2021 that foreigners aged 12 to 17 can register for the voluntary vaccination program.
*The minors will need to present their passports, international travel documents or other ID documents.
*Chinese COVID-19 vaccines will be administered at a cost of 100 yuan ($15.50) per dose.
*Each minor should receive two doses a few weeks apart.
The minors should be accompanied by their parents or guardians at the designated vaccination clinics.
Parents can make appointments for their children on the city's official website for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
